We are proud to be one of three training providers selected by CITB, to deliver 10,500 fully funded Leadership & Management courses to the construction industry, across England, Scotland and Wales.

Research by CITB, supported by industry feedback, highlights the importance of this initiative. By enhancing leadership and management training, the industry can better address its internal and external challenges, ensuring steady growth and consistent performance.

This approach represents a practical and forward-thinking investment in the industry’s future, promising a more efficient, effective, and adaptable construction sector.

CITB funding for this training is open to all in-scope CITB Registered employers who do not have any outstanding levy submissions. Funding is not available for subcontracted labour or those individuals that are self-employed.
