What is the guide for?

The CILM Employer’s Information Guide is to provide employers with full information on the qualification offered, as well as further details on all of the added value items.

Leadership and management are core skills required for all construction sites however, the industry has identified a skills gap and the need for more training in the sector.  To support this, CITB are providing funding to support Leadership and management training courses and qualifications for all employers who are CITB members.

What we can do for you

Here at The OM Group, we have a group of highly experienced Trainers. As an approved training provider and training centre we are able to offer this qualification in-house and through our open course dates.
