About the Role

Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences? Do you have the technical skills to bring content to life in innovative and exciting ways? If so, you might be our next Training Content Developer.

In this role, you’ll design and develop high-quality learning materials tailored to client needs. From interactive e-learning modules to detailed trainer guides for classroom content, your work will empower trainers and learners alike. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and clients to ensure content is not just practical and compliant but also inspiring and impactful.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and Developing Training Content: Create innovative learning materials, including e-learning modules, multimedia content, trainer guides, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work with trainers, assessors, subject matter experts, and clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Using Cutting-Edge Tools: Put technology and software to work to produce engaging and interactive content.
• Driving Excellence: Ensure content meets internal and external standards, aligns with qualification frameworks, and remains relevant to client and industry needs.
• Supporting Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine content based on feedback, trends, and best practices.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and precision. You’ll be a perfect fit if you:

• Have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, or training content creation.
• Bring exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in everything you produce.
• Understand how to align training content with qualification frameworks.
• Are technically proficient with tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Can understand learning theories, qualification frameworks, and industry standards.
• Are organised, adaptable, and able to balance multiple projects effectively.
• Enjoy working with a team and contributing to a shared vision of excellence.
• Have experience of, or the ability to learn about the construction sector.
