About the Role

We’re on the lookout for someone highly organised and motivated to join us as a Learning & Development Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, helping our clients and learners have a seamless experience with us. You’ll coordinate training schedules, manage learning resources, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

It’s a role for someone who loves working with people, thrives on staying organised, and takes pride in making things happen. Whether you’re a whizz with systems and spreadsheets, great at juggling multiple tasks, or enjoy building positive relationships with clients and colleagues — you’ll fit right in here.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

  • Supporting our trainers, assessors, and clients by coordinating training schedules, venues, managing calendars, sending emails, and managing materials.
  • Keeping our CRM database up to date with client contacts, leads, and bookings.
  • Liaising with learners and responding to enquiries to provide the information and support they need to succeed.
  • Making sure all training-related documentation and records are accurate and compliant.
  • Making and receiving calls to help our business to develop, building great client relationships and finding new opportunities.
  • Administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
