The Role: Experienced Trainer and Assessor

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of a wide range of accredited courses and qualifications.
• Assessment of NVQ candidates at Levels 2 to 6 (if applicable to your experience)
• Delivery of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) for accredited qualifications (if applicable to your experience)
• Employ adaptive teaching strategies to meet the unique learning needs of each individual, creating a personalised and inclusive educational experience.
• Proactively seek out further training opportunities to not only elevate personal skills but also to fulfil funding requirements, demonstrating a commitment to continual growth and development

You should be:

• Holding an Adult Teaching Qualification (at any level)
• Holding an A1 Assessor qualification (or equivalent)
• Proficient in the assessment cycle, ensuring comprehensive and effective evaluation practices.
• 2+ years of teaching or assessing experience in a similar role (preferably in construction)
• Flexible and adaptable, with a full driving license for travel, ready to engage with diverse learning environments.
• An excellent communicator, able to articulate and provide verbal and written feedback to learners, which is actionable and constructive.
