The Role: L&D Content Developer

In line with our vision, we are eager for an exceptional Learning & Development Content Developer to become a key member of our L&D Programme Development team.  You will be instrumental in crafting innovative and engaging training programs that leverage the most cutting-edge technology for both the classroom and eLearning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Development and Content Creation – You’ll take the lead in designing and authoring high-quality training programmes that stand out for their innovation and relevance. This involves:

• Crafting a curriculum that balances theoretical knowledge with practical skills, tailored to both in-person and digital learning environments.
• Using industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Moodle to develop engaging, interactive learning materials that cater to a variety of learning styles and preferences.
• Incorporating current trends, technologies, and methodologies to ensure our programmes are at the forefront of educational development.

Collaboration for Content Relevance – Your role involves continuous collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure the training material is accurate, current, and impactful. This includes:

• Working closely with experts within The OM Group and the wider construction industry to integrate the latest practices and insights into our programmes.
• Adjusting content based on feedback from learners and instructors, ensuring it remains relevant to our audience’s needs and industry standards.

Content Evaluation and Innovation – You will be responsible for the ongoing review and improvement of our educational offerings. Responsibilities include:

• Regularly assessing and updating our training materials to incorporate new findings, technologies, and feedback.
• Staying up to date on the latest learning technologies and instructional design principles to continually enhance the effectiveness of our training programmes.
